So I initially thought I would filth this puppy up with the daemons having their first big outing, but then I noticed the "prizes for best general of each army", this put me in a tailspin, do I sell my soul to go all out for the ogres prize? or should I sell my soul and use the daemons FTR!

Banning Rhinox riders might sway my thinking, but the fat boys are much more fun......

Depends how fun you can make your Daemons. I think there's a lot of scope in there as long as you don't take the usual suspects- many of which are banned anyway.

Well the army was going to be Nurgle, but actually the rules pack pretty much mitigates against mono lists as you need to have a mix to meet the comp, would probably still be a tough list though, but would it be as much fun as the fat boys?

I thought the comp pushed towards mono-god?

I.e you have to buy the core units to 'unlock' the specials/rares/heralds etc?.... also I hear if you take Nurgle and hit Down, Down, Up, Left, A, A, A+B, Left you unlock Ryu and M.Bison.

But then there is no triple special or double rare and as there is only 1 special and 1 rare for each god you are surrendering some opportunities in the list. I suppose the no brainer would be to go virtually mono god and add a unit of horrors and a unit of flamers, but it feels a little gruyerey.

Still prize for the highest of each race, could I do that without a Rhinox crutch?
