hey guys, month 2 kinda didnt happen, no time off from work or time to paint means i am officially crap.
will try and get more stuff done next month to make up for it.

So I failed this quite convincingly!
All I have actually finished is 11 dryads and 10 archers.
However with the up coming Waagh I am determined to have more stuff finished!
Big horde of dryads is sitting on my kitchen table, all built, sprayed black, and introduced, via a large brush and some slap dash painting skills to Caltham Brown. They seem to be getting along very well truth be told.
I've also sprayed my 3 treekin and treeman, and as is all the rage at this time, built up and finished an eagle!
Hopefully some pics are about to follow. its still drying from the coat of ogryn flesh wash (yeah yeah, dip, i know, but i'm on a time frame)
and needs the base finishing, but am actually fairly happy with it, seeing as i probably got it finished in an hour or so.

Wow, painting roll this weekend.
20 ish dryads painted, just need the bases finishing.
Eagle finished and based.

3 treekin and a treeman undercoated, brushed and dipped, just need a second drybrush and high light.
Dont think Ive ever had this much of an army somewhere near painted before in my life!

I'll put some photos up soon, just need to figure out where the camera is...



Right, so thinking about it, we must be coming up for the end of month 3? for tale of OG gamers.

I think in a day of battering poor innocent models ive got back on track!

So for 600 pts I'm actually over by an eagle!
I shall endevour to get some pics of everything up in the near future.
May bring my cameera down to the club tomorrow to see if i can get some pics of my stuff, light is very bright in my house and it makes photographing toy soldiers difficult, the camera doesnt focus well.

I shall also try and get back/stay on track with this over the next few months.
After that i'm working in the delights of A&E, so life will have to go on hold for 4 months! shame, cos by then I may have enough finished to start thinking about these tournaments people keep talking about....

Well done mate, can't wait to see photos, although I think I remember most of them as I watched them tear me a new a**hole.

Just duck out of the A&E shifts, you could come to a tourney and argue that it is work, patching Steveo up!!

Ok. here we are.
Finally some pictures of some models.
The dryads I've done look basically the same as the other ones, they are dryads after all!
Here is my treeman, 3 treekin and eagle.
not the toilet paper under the eagles base, this is after i realised that 1. the pain on the base edge was still wet. and 2. that my missus is going to absolutely kill me for getting a nice black square of paint on a set of pillows.... run and hide time me thinks, the solution may lay in chocolates or flowers!
Anyway, without further a do...painted figs!

Tree kin! (I've got 3 more built up, waiting for the spray batter spray treatment!)



Eagle. Its pain to play with, massively visible, very unstable and has died to dangerous terrain (and archers in a building) in its 1st outing



Treeman. Yay! large hitty thing!
