Palmer in rules shocker!  :daredulerules:

Yup, all bar the challenge one right.

The monster actually fights out the challenge, even though it isn't a character. Obviously can't then challenge or be challenged again but the rule book says that the mount continues to fight in the challenge until it or it's foe is slain (or flees)

Interesting one for Ol is that characters on chariots follow rules for ridden monsters too, so if by some miracle someone killed the king, survived the curse and the chariot was still alive by my reading they're locked in to the challenge with the kings chariot.

The one I didn't know was the stone thrower under the hole bit. I thought both took the s10 d6 wounds bit, will remember that in future, effectively gives my dragon a 5+ against the d6 wounds.

Really not sure about that one, but then again the chariot is normaly the first thing to go.....

Course, cos it's easy combat res. But rules are it counts as a ridden monster, ridden monsters continue to fight in a challenge once the rider is killed.

Dave

where's the monster reaction on it's own leadership? I only read it as being a leadership test, therefore can use general/bsb.

Mini rule book page 106. Take a ld test on the monsters own Ld.

So, after 3 days trawling the bet trying to find some decent dragon models I came across an idea.
The army is sort of caledor/Targaryen themed.

House Targaryen's banner is this...

So why not do 3 headed dragons!

Easy enough I recon with the dark elf hydra. Plus in fail cast I should be able to bend the bugger about easily.

Then I saw the price...£40!

Hmm, might have to try and pick up a cheap metal one off eBay.
Could anyone strip it if I do? My last attempt at stripping went horribly wrong...

I think I've got a metal hydra kicking about unbuilt if you wanted it for mates rates dude? £15ish?
In the style of Tom Hale... F*ck Ushabti!!!

Hydra heads combined with the new Dark Elf dragon could make for an ace (though not cheap) three headed dragon
