Right everybody.

Been away from London for a bit and done virtually nothing to do with any hobby type things.

Anyway, I've given up on the High Elf stupidity list.

It's Warriors time!

Some of you may have already seen my start.
Played in the 500 pt Waagh, and did surprisingly well. Turns out warriors in small points are awesome.
List was 10 Nurgle warriors with extra hws and musician. Champion being my General.
10 Slaaneshi warriors with shields and musician. And 2 Spawns.

Anyway, have written a few different 2400 lists as well.
Am starting to stick some paint on some figures, so will stick some pics up soon.

Initially I started with a black undercoat and put a Caledor blue (or what ever it was called) undercoat.
But after thinking about it I wondered how it would look if I started either with just a strait blue undercoat by spray gun, or over white....

Any way. Pics will follow.

having used a similar palette to you on my letters and Crusher i can wade in on this.... blue undercoat is the way to go... i did want a colder blue as my army has ice bases so used the army painter wolf grey spray which meant i only really needed a single coat of blue after i'd given it a wash and the onto highlighting....

Quicker and easier than having to paint over black though..

Mike

Noah, I have a can on army painter blue primer if you want to test out how it'll look.

Something like this?... Or too blue?

Oh dear. Could get messy.
Btw, need to get people playing brag rather than poker. I can actually play that game!

Yeah, liking the blue over white.
Black makes it a bit too dark, and strait blue just doesn't seem to have any depth.

Means re spraying the stuff I've already done though...
