I am sure Lee can put up a decent guide of how to use them and beat them.
I don;t think you would have any issues against them with your filth armies Grant :-)

That's a good idea John, I'll work on that at some point!

Unfortunatly the list (Indy) is massively unbalanced in places, and the Ravening Hordes is so out of date no one should be forced to play against it.

And allowing the only Chaos Dwarf player to comp his own list....not sure how good an idea that is. lol.

Which bits do you think are unbalanced then mate?
(Also parts of the daemon book being hideously unbalanced never stopped people banning that at tourneys! But thats a rant for a different thread...)

Also, I'd only be suggesting comp, people could add their own thoughts.

The existing PD/DD/war machine caps would help to comp the list too

Just sent my cash in for this so i hope im in... but i might be a little late.

Lee - The only thing i think thats a bit rough is the multiple random bound spells, which under the comp you can combine 3 bounds with a lvl 4... the potential for 3 bound "spirits" or "pits" on the back of a level 4 is horrendous (and IMO far too powerful for this level).

I know that the bounds are random but the potential is enough to comp them i think.

You know that i've played against the list and happily will again, so i'm only talking about SCGT comp here....
In the style of Tom Hale... F*ck Ushabti!!!

tbh, thats one thing i've been considering for the CD 'comp',  something along the lines of ifyou take a lvl 4 then a daemonsmith counts as 2 PD, which i think would restrict them to either a lvl 4 and one daemonsmith or 3 daemonsmiths max.

I know that the bound has potential to be horrific, but it's just as likely to be a bit bum!

We all know that DoC are unbalanced, but at least most tourney goers have had some experience playing against them (we'll keep the DoC bashing  :bash;m: to another thread though please).

Earthshaker cannon was unbalanced if I remember rightly, and the number of bounds that you can have are quite bad too.

But as I said, the main problems with having them at this event is that this is a warm up for Tides, and they aren't allowed there, so 3 players that are most likely going to Tides would only get 2 real practice games in instead of the full 3.

The earthshaker in the Indy GT book is less imbalanced than the old Ravening Hordes one though
