Has anyone seen the sword you get for "best in show"... awesome! Am a bit tempted to bring it back to the club to see if Lee really is Rasputin though???

Good luck with DE in this event mate, not the event for them IMO...Take beasts and have fun in the strictest comp there is (apart from Dwarves of course)

right i've just commited to coming to this and bought my ticket as i can't stop looking at the comp! was wondering if there is any space for accomadation: am willing to not be a complete scab about this and pay my fair share. re list i was thinking of taking dark elves again, but would have to paint a fair bit (i wanna use my crutch damnit!) so i think i'll be breaking out the beasts and the gors!

Thought you had an exam the day after that you were avoiding this for...

nah my exam got moved to the 27th! gaming time!

my lists i'm playing with at the moment are basicly my normal beastmen army - the cygor and the lv 1 holding the chalice (i can take 35 shots a turn to the face i think) and + 2 blocks of 20 gors with adhw (and free command baby whooooooh!)

hag bsb on coldron (i loooooove this thing)
2 big blocks of 25 warriors
unit of dark riders with bows (thouh i was thinking about maybe running without bows.........)
2 chariots
the 6 shades i'm allowed ( )
a unit of naked coldone knights
hydra  not sure of this and chariots or bolt throwers and blackguard funbus

Just wondering who is heading up to Stockport on the train, whether you've booked on yet.

I have been checking out tickets, and it seems to be insanely expensive! Cheapest I've found so far are £29 each way from Euston to Stockport. 

Any of you bargain hunters managed to find a better deal?

I might be able to coome now, depends how much charm i can pu on but no practice games as i have exams in June.  If i do it will be up on the sat morning and back on the sun night.
