This is great news!

We can have two large tables (i think about 3'x6') and we can get some trestle style tables, although i'm not sure what size they are. We have no scenery or green mats or anything like that unfortunately. Also, there is ample space in the gallery - last week we had 35 kids in there making a relief map of the local area in true blue peter style, so I expect to accommodate 2 large tables quite comfortably but the more the merrier. If you'd like to come and visit to get an idea of the space, just let us know and we can arrange to meet, or we can just organise through email? We're on Borough high Street, just near Borough tube.


I had really imagined that the event would work along the lines of a regular club night, but it would be great if some of your group could do a WWII battle, though obviously it depends what you've got!  The saturday 13th afternoon would be perfect - you could come set up for noonish and play for as long as you like really. We're expecting a good number of visitors, and we've been contacted by South London Press asking specifically about our 'wargames event' as we have advertised it so it might turn out to be some good publicity for your business/club.


Please let me know if any of this sounds too demanding/unrealistic/useless, and if you have any other requirements please get in touch!

I live about 200m away from the venue...

it is a single piece, but 2 people could carry it.
