To resumarise in sequential order. 
Points of note -
1. there is representation of all armies (barring the banned ones which kind of exist).
2. In theory I have a  50:50 chance of winning best general for race! (reality is I'm pretty sure the other guy is one of the belgian ETC team that is coming over so will probably outplay me

A few suprises there (still 5 armies to come as thats 155) a good showing for both HE & Bretts but very suprised at the number of Dwarf & Beastmen players.

Strong showing for VC & Warriors as well.

The usual supects at the top of the pile I wonder how many Dragons & bloodthirsters are coming out to play, as an estimate if half the DOC have Blood Thirsters & half the DE & HE have Dragons that will be 17 armies with big flying griblies not to mention the Wyverns & Jaberslyths!!!!!!!

Still looking forward to this event & I hope the comp goes someway to leveling the playing field.

hell! thats a lot of DE and deamon players. quite glad i jumped on the bandwaggon tbh. though.......i still kind of feel i should have taken beasts.......there under representation show how totally shit there reception has been on the scene.

right just to say i will be joining you lads on the train down from london on friday (or be an hr late depending on my mood  ) it is however increasingly likely that i'm taking the beasts as my f*cking dark elves might not show.....due some time in the next 5 days. also i'm short a  but a nice chap on the warhammer forum has offered to lend me his (he thought it was a bit soft for SCGT and is taking spearelves instead)

Well I hope that one or the other works for you, and if you do go Beasts, then hopefully there won't be any penalty for switching last minute, especially as it's probably due to circumstances beyond your control (I'm guessing the volcano grounding planes may have caused your DE to be delayed).

Yeah I emailed two lists to russ and as long as I let him know on Friday it's cool. Yes I hate tectonic activity. Painting up last few things, got my bsb and 3 shades to go. Enjoying painting something not brown!
