Really nice work buddy, shame I can't see it in the flesh at Tempest.

Good luck against our James in the 1st game (woodies vs Bretts, very fluffy)

Ron Burgandy

They looking good, your flesh tones are awesome.
You stay classy San Diago.

Ah is that who it is, hmm maybe should put the machine gun lord back in the list!

I thought I'd heard the name but couldn't place it. Looking forward to it.

Lovely models, even your own dubbed "worst" look great! Particuarly like the horses on the Wild Riders lovely blending.
Thanks, it's actually quite simple (as with most of my stuff).  Base coat with Vallejo air Ochre colour.  Wash liberally with Gryphone sepia.  Blend back up with very thin highlights from Ochre again and if any extremes needed then a touch of bleached bone into that.

I am so glad you got the pics up, they look great, as said before I like the flesh tones but also the way your units look together, really really nice.

Is that the HeroQuest elf?

Ahhh it's amazing what you can do with a wash, but simple is good! Gives us all hope.

You mean the one I'm using as a noble?  Well actually the answer to the question is always no, but if it's that one you mean then it's Skarloc from the good old regiment of Renown box from back in 3rd Ed fantasy days.

Actually you've just reminded me I do have a rather nicer painted elf figure which I could use by way of the WE from the Warhammer quest box.  I'll see if I can find him to use now as I'm really not sold on the model I'm currently using.

Thanks!

And now the last touch has been done, I have one fine free wood being the typical perfect 6" diameter circle that is the maximum area allowed:

For swiss cheese I'm going back to my dwarfs as part of an etc style event.  To fit the filth I required a second stone thrower so got round to finally painting up my classic goblobber, by far the best model they ever made for a dwarf stonethrower and I bought it off GW direct 4-5 years ago when they briefly had it available on their classic range, go for a fair price on ebay these day.

Veldemere

It is a nice model, good job on the paint as well, I can't believe you are filthing it up!!!
