I've just been working on a WE BSB on Eagle. I absolutely loved painting this guy who is a small conversion.  The original model is standing and has 2 swords in his hand and comes from the Skarloc's WE archer box (from 3rd edition times).  I bent the legs (model is 20ish years old so nice soft metal with plenty of lead in it), then snipped off the 2 swords and drilled through the hands.  The BSB banner pole is a paperclip with a couple of layers of liquid green stuff on top to bulk it out and give it some definition and then the banner top from the glade guard box.  The spear is from the glade rider/glade guard kit.  The spear had the tip snapped off and fed through the hand which I'd drilled out, then I attached a sword from a champion hand from one of the gladerider/glade guard boxsets as the tip.  Eagle is just a warhawk with the standing hole greenstuffed up.

Super happy with how he came out.

Looks anazing, really nice conversion. The hallmark of a good conversion being you can't tell it's conversion!

This one is down to Bobo, at Tempest V everyone gets to take a giant for free with their army.  Unfortunately I didn't own one, so Tuesday night I headed along to GW after work and bought one, 5 hours later I'd built and painted him.

Skin looks pretty flat in the top 2 pics so took one of his back from closer in and it's come out a bit clearer.  This was done using an airbrush so the blends of the highlights are really nice and smooth.  Lessons learned - I could have started with a darker base colour which would have given an even bigger transition which probably would have looked better.

Quite pleased with how it came out overall.

I also painted a GW wood but that was done 90% using 3 spraycans of paint Grey, brown and green, then a small amount of brushwork.  It's pretty meh to be honest, only reason I painted it was I said I'd lend a mate scenery for Sheffield Slaughter and then realised that one wasn't painted.  So if you want to see it go speak to Dale Bennion at the weekend, he'll be rocking out Tomb Kings with some entirely unmatched scenery!

This looks amazing, but you sicken me as you painted it in 5 hours! Mine took much longer and looks far more rubbish!!  :wink;m::

Last night painted up my Otherworld Miniatures Treant model.  Really nice figure and was great fun to paint, nice simple and clearly defined detail which jumps out nicely with a very small amount of effort.

And a shot with a wardancer to give you a scale comparisson:

Love the beard. The model's not yours. Although I'm sure yours is nice, if you have one!

At present I've got 2 days growth, not quite a beard yet but hopefully enough bum fluff to impersonate a Libian dictator that died last year for a fancy dress party at the weekend!

I don't know if I can comment of beard based banter without the other OG boys stepping in!
