What was your blue recipe for the Hellcannon, if you don't mind me asking?

Umm, basecoat is hawk turquoise, then mixed that with some ice blue for a highlight, then added some white for an extreme highlight.  I think it was then a badab black wash over the top but might have been devlan, can't remember I'm afraid.

More rats, this time they're a bit special.  Well being plague monks they come out the special section, so it counts.  Still just a fairly quick paintjob though, no dip on these guys, devlan mud instead.

Nice banner work, is the design moulded on?

The triangle thingies are just painted on.  Black line, green inside to leave an outline and then a couple of highlights.  Actually the motif was on the banner when I bought it (2nd hand ftw) I just repainted it in different colours, so can't claim it was my inspiration.

In a horrendous show of slacking I've not painted 40 gutter runners yet, in fact I've not painted any.  But I have treated myself to building 20 plastic ones and undercoating them and the 16 odd metal ones I own.

In order to test out the scheme I had in mind I painted up a nice little assassin model which was in with them for one of my trades, a great fun model to paint and I quite like how it's come out so will be applying the same technique over the rest.
