Latest Malifaux figure.

Head to toe he's less than 2cm tall I'd say, obviously quite a scary figure.  He's one of (if not the) best masters in the game, not that you'd think it from his oh so innocent appearance.  Small boy who thinks he's just in a dream and as such bends the world around him and summons up nightmares to deal with people who don't want to play games with him.  Another masterpiece of story to fit into a game of victoriansteampunkcowboyhorror

Thats a very nice paint job there Dave. I guess all those years painting Dwarfs really helped on this little guy.
Sometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drink I feel ashamed. Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery and all of their hopes and dreams. If I didn't drink this beer, they might be out of work and their dreams would be shattered. Then I say to myself, "It is better that I drink this beer and let their dreams come true than be selfish and worry about my liver."

Dave

And now some gribby nightmares to go with him!

Dave

And this guy is called 'Lord Chompy Bits' Basically the dreamers kick ass alter ego, when the dreamer goes away chompy comes out to play (and by play I mean eviscerate).

I love the idea of that last crew, almost tempted me to have a look see at 'Faux'..

But I have far too much to paint as it is..

Great work as per buddy

You know the game has zombie hookers right?  :wink;m::

I get what you're saying about far too much to paint, I'm churning out Malifaux models rather than starting work on the 100's of skaven I've got sat in boxes waiting.  Then there's my Eldar army, my Epic Eldar, the extra unit options for my Dwarfs, WE, Lizards, TK and sundry other bits I've picked up over the last 20 years of gaming that are sat in boxes.

At the time I started up the lizards I also bought a WoC army from you, recently I ended up swapping it on for some other bits and pieces having only painted 1 knight (converted another 4 so I've kept them).  I still want to own all 15 warhammer armies and plan on grinding my way through them over the next few years.

The Trampoline

I flick from army to army, I'm working on my Tomb Kings at the moment, but will probably get bored and return to Empire/Crimson Fists/Dark Elves or even to one of the Dark Sword minis I own.

Final crew member - Copellius

Based on a character from some old book this guy is some german mythological character who steals eyes... Weirdos.

What a bizaree range of models - creepy mutants to children in pyjamas! All looking good!

Procrastination by Numbers - Update 146:

'Family' photos of the two crews.

You're right about it being a weird range of models they have some unusual crew types you don't see in most games. The creators description of the game is "Steamvictoriohorrorwestpunk!".  Being Steampunk, Victorian Horror, wild west all rolled into one big sticky mess with a large dose of humour thrown in with a liberal dash of fairytale influence.

Malifaux is split into 5 Factions
Guild - Basically the Police of the game, they sub divide into 4-5 smaller sub sets but are mostly variants of gunslinging humans and the likes.
Lady J - Blind justice stereotype, big sword 'I am the law' attitude and crew of hard nut lawmen.
Sonnia Crid - Mage hunter who is a powerful mage herself and has a crew of twisted mage hunters
Perdita - Mexican gunslinger and her family
Hoffman - Cripple in a mechanical frame who uses robots for everything.

Ressers - Everyone is pretty familiar with the reanimating the dead stereotype.  A few different variants
1. Undertaker summoning zombies
2. Mad Doc making fantastic undead creatures from bodyparts
3. Dr Jekle/Mr Hyde with a hooker fetish
4. Chinese spirit summoner

Arcanists - Magicians of various ilks
1. Mechanical spider summoning inventor dude
2. Ice witch who freezes people and has a crew of ice statues
3. Beastmaster who can take the form of various beasts
4. Showgirl with magical tricks to disappear and reapear elsewhere

Neverborn - Stuff of dreams and nighmares
Lilith - Mistress of Malifaux and her sucubus minions
Pandora - She of the mythical box and her many mind tricks
Zoraida - The hag from the swamps and her voodoo magic
Dreamer - Small innocent child who wants you to play with him and sicks his nightmares on you!

Outcasts - Mixed bag of everything else
Victorias - Swords for hire, the ultimate mercenaries
Somer Teeth Jones - Swamp Gremlins (Gobbos of the world)
Leviticus - With his undead machine constructs who has to kill himself to be reborn every turn (yeah that one has some weird rules to understand)
Hamlin - The pied piper of Malifaux and his army of rats
