Well the draw is up.

Amazingly Ol dodged my DoC but got the nastier version!

I managed to get drawn vs an army that has more shooting than a 40k imperial guard army.

EDIT: Commented on the wrong DE list. My bad. Tom has all the shooting, not Jack.

John managed to get missed off the draw completely!

11 different types of armies represented, with EMPIRE being the most popular with 3 players bringinging them. DoC and DE both have 2 players. Everyone else just the single one. At least you won't have DE/DoC as the entire top 5!

Really wasn't expecting that to happen. Guess everyone saw DoC was coming and thought to bring cannons....I reckon EVERY empire army is bringing a Stank. If they do, at least it means that the Van Hors on the War Alter won't be there, so you can actually kill the bugger on top! :)

Means the nasty DoC takes on the nasty DE. Hopefully they'll take each other out.

Cyberactivity (Grant?): the guy who posted ages ago during the sign-up on the Warhammer forum saying his army was a 40K style DE one was Tom Richards, not Jack. Jack always takes balanced and "hard but fair" armies that take a good deal of skill to use. The army he is taking to this tournie is definitely hard but no worse than any Daemon army or 40K style Lizardmen.

As an aside, I just get a blank screen whenever I go to the Warhammer forum. I imagine that's just me given you guys are all posting the draw from there.

Simran.

Woops, my bad fella. Out of the 2 DE's I knew I'd get them mixed up. :bash;m:

Well, now the "nasty" DE army gets empire. The only army that should be able to outshoot them!

Either way its now a mute point as I have HE's to deal with instead due to the re-draw.  :cool;m:

You and Tom should have an interesting match. Tom is going to have a hard time of it I think.

The white screen on the forum tends to be temporary. Got it yesterday for a bit, but as soon as I could get in I checked the draw and thought I'd post it over here for discussion.

So, what does everyone think of there new first one match ups?
