Could be a right laugh and an early team event for TEAM OG

The NWA are proud to present the NWA Team Challenge

Date: 10th & 11th of July 2010. Yes this is weekend of the world cup and will be shown in the bar.

Venue: Bede college ( http://www.dur.ac.uk/hild-bede/ ) DH1 1SZ

Easy access via the M1 or on mainline rail routes we three hours on the train from London and prices can start from as little as £20 return. Also there will be plenty of parking for all of those travelling via car.

Payment: Will be available via PayPal and Check (this is in the process of being set up will be announced within a week)

Payment of accommodation and tickets and Lists must be completed by the 4th of June

We will be operating on a first come, first served basis, However we will reserve up to 2 places per paid ticket.
E.G. you and Tom wish to play in a team with Dick and Harry. So you and Tom Pay for the tickets and hence reserve dick and Harry Places until they can play

Price: Is £80 Per team (So £20 per player)

Ticket and Room 1 Day only :) =£60
This includes ticket for 1 person, Lunch on both days and an evening meal on the Saturday and Breakfast on the Sunday (5£ more than the GT and you get 1 extra meal and accommodation) and off course a place to crash and burn after a had Saturday.

Ticket and Room 2 Days (The NWA option :8) ) = £105
As you may have guessed NWA boys like to eat and drink! And with this option you get a ticket for one person, a meal on the Friday night when you arrive, Lunch on both days, Breakfast on Both days and the evening meal along with two night's accommodation. Also we have arranged the Bar to be open late into the night and have access to the hall on Friday evening for warm up games for anyone wishing to start unwinding from a hard (or not so hard) week at work just a little bit earlier.

Food package is available @ 27.50 per day :shock: THIS DOSE NOT INCLUDE THE TICKET PRICE , However it is not recommended due to the campus nature and the good times to be had staying In the stunning scenery with a Bar dedicated to you, it would be rude not sample some fine northern ales. Also the room option WILL work out cheaper.
Food is available, off campus but is in the middle of Durham City, other possible accommodation option are a travel lodge roughly 500 meters away from the venue, But car parking space limited there.
There is a bar on site and drinks will be allowed in the hall, prices will be cheaper than the city but not full student prices.

Accommodation: As it university accommodation, it is not en-suite however they are communal halls and are to a good standard. Rooms are all singles.

Size: we will provisionally cap the players at 104 (26 teams) but this may increase depending on demand.

So I have emailed Andy for a pre-order form, this will give us 4 weeks to confirm and pay for our place..

NOT including travel and booze, this will cost us £125 each for 2 night's accomodation, food and ticket.
If we book early enough I reckon from previous experience, travel will be approx £30..

We can only have a team of four (unless we get 8 players) so it's first come first served chaps.
first three are in team A, if we get 4 more then we will have a team B..otherwise those players will be on reserve..Let me know...
