What Army should I use in 2010..?

I plan on Derby being my last outing with VC for a long time, I need to use a different army in 2010 for all the comped events, this means I will HAVE to finish painting it as well, as many of my armies are in various states of paint..

My plans are to use different list as the comps are quite hard now out there..

LM - Saurus heavy, with one steg and cold ones, something different

TK - Usual list, no casket, but new book expected out next year, and I would ike to avoid that bandwagon

Skaven - Going to avoid the points denial list, all the fun units combined, to make it varied for myself and my opponents, only draw back is time to get it all painted in my 'desert rats' theme I have planned..

VC - Stick with my wierd VC lists, spirit hosts FTW, maybe start using the coach and a zombie dragon, I have the models and ideas for the conversions.... Also seems like the number of VC players is dropping, the comp out there does not bother my list..

DoC - I was only planning on using this 'Narnia' inspired list at the 2 GT's but maybe 2010 should be my year of filth???

The choice peeps is yours, voting closes at the end of Dec...The army that wins will go to Winter War and the Sheffield Slaughter in Jan...

The year of filth for you ol.  You have had  bad year so stick with them and they are less affected by mistakes and there are soo many varient builds to the list.

Right lets go through these-

LM- Maybe, but didn't get my vote

TK- You always seem to drop lists as soon as new books come out so you would probably drop these early in 2010.

Skaven- YES, despite my comments above they were always your first army, you have billions of them, they just need painting and you need the challenge to give you some down time, get on with them!

VC- Have you not spotted you come back from every tourney with them frustrated? They are always there painted and ready whenever you need them, but they were so '09!

DoC- Borrow for the non comp! The Narnia might make you think they are fluffy but it will never be thought of as fluffy, flamers disguised as beavers will still get on everyones tits! Could the idea not be used for a LM army?

Was never meant to be fluffy mate, far from it, the narnia scheme is just something that will make me want to put the army together in the first place...

I vote Lizardmen, I I would like to see more experianced players using them to take down DOC & DE as they are one of the few other armies that can.

Got to ve Skaven. No Bandwagon jumping here the list looks pretty varied and fun to play. Get on and plain them up.
