@Mike, i think the Minos could make some nice rat ogres.  Just a thought...

Surely someone wants to make an entire Lion King themed Beastman army? Maybe you could extend it to all Disney, surely it would be possible to convert the Seige castle into Sleeping Beauty's castle. Ok I've thought about this too much.

All the new Beastmen models are on the Games Workshop website to preorder now.

Initial Thoughts:

Quite like the new Minotaurs, Doombull and Characters. Surprised there are no new Centigor models given how expensive they are. Ungors can have bows by the looks of the frame. Disappointed Chaos Trolls and Dragon Ogres have gone - finally finished painting them for my Warriors of Chaos army thought I'd have a heads up on some units! Bum!
