yeah i know been e-mailing them, but duno if i would be able to attend the other events. still dont understand why they wont/cant refund it.

It's quite clear in the rulespack buddy

Please note, tickets paid for are non refundable but still are transferable to friends if you have bought
one and then unable to make it.

But at least you get this...

If you are unable to pass on the ticket then we
allow you credit (equal to the amount paid) for another Vanguard event for roughly a year from the
one previously paid for.
