Have you considered penalty points for late list submission and/or rejected lists?

Have many spare dreds at ours. What flavour?

Tricky to take two with no repetition outside of troops though? Unless you're using death company I suppose?

Just close combat weapon and multi-melta, but can proxy the main gun since both are armed the same! Nope, Grey Knights, one Ven one normal :)
