I should be able to make this one, even though I'm at Warfare the week before. Hopefully as Warfare is local my other half won't mind another tournament the weekend after :)

Are through new Necrons allowed ? I'm not sure when the codex comes out, let alone whether I'll be able to make an army under the new rules.
