Unless there is a special rule, the problem you may have is that Throt can be targetted and shot out of the unit. The rat ogres being monstrous infantry would not give him a Look Out Sir.

yep but from shooting there would be randomization from ogres/packmasters and then more randomization to hit the warlord/Gnawtooth and Throt, plus he has regen and so can the rat ogres, OFC no LOS but you cant have it all unless i put in more packmasters

Is there a points cap on units at sheffield?

If not, put a master moulder and rat ogre champion in the unit, and add a bunch more packmasters (to get the LoS for throt)
