This came up in our game on saturday..

If a fleeing Hellpit rallies, can it then charge that sam turn.

The rules state that a rallying unit can not move again the movment phase, but since it has compulsory movement, can it then turn round and potentially charge the pursing unit..

@ steve - It can flee 3D6 though, so it was alive (random movement rules)

I would say once rallied you cannot move after the reform, for 2 reasons. First off the rules say "A rallied unit cannot perform further actions during the Movement phase". Cannot basically means it is physically incapable of doing anything else.

Secondly rallying is done in the compulsory movement phase so once rallied the compulsory movement phase for that unit is over.
Sometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drink I feel ashamed. Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery and all of their hopes and dreams. If I didn't drink this beer, they might be out of work and their dreams would be shattered. Then I say to myself, "It is better that I drink this beer and let their dreams come true than be selfish and worry about my liver."

It is the first phase and then its the movement phase..

I ruled that it could not do it, and I dont think I have ever seen it done, but not sure...

as rallying happens before the compulsory movement phase.
random movement happens in the compulsory movement phase, you don't have a choice not to move.

Yeah I agree, no movement after rallying!
