They are also immune to the explosions too  :wink;m::

Hang on. If no unit can deep strike then how do Demons do? Or do they just have to deep strike in their own DZ? Also that means lesser daemons for CSM are screwed too no?

Yep, they strike into their own DZ...

Can I ask if one of the exploding cells causes a weapon destroyed result on a vehicle, which player decides which weapon?

Opponent decides...

Thing is that CSM summoned daemons MUST deep strike within 12" of an icon, if there isn't an available icon then they're destroyed. So by this ruling if they arrive and there isn't an icon within 6" of their own deployment zone (in a game where the objective is to RUN forward) then they can't be placed and are destroyed?   :bash;m:

Zee German is in the med on holiday or something. So thats all the HATEers. Fanx!

Really looking forward to this one

...and there's something else ;)

If a Drop Pod has to DS into yr deployment zone, does it mishap if the final landing spot is upfield, outside of your DZ (assuming the initial drop point was marked within your DZ)? Obviously off the board is a mishap anyway.

No, accidental scatter is fine, it's more about stopping people getting into the target DZ too easily....

Now I probably shouldn't suggest this considering the army I'm bringing but what the !@%$#%@...

Considering you have a high threshold of return players, have you considered something like seeding the first round based on previous performance (and/or army selection but not list). This could make for less totally wipe first round and even the field from the beginning. New players could be given an auto mid seed or base it on their army. I just think in a one dayer, with few players, this could give people a better chance of achieving an accurate final table position

I like it, seems balanced. If the seeding isn't too much of a ball ache to gauge that is.

It may also mean that the quite elite heavy list I'm writing and my finishing fairly near the bottom in OGs i and ii I should seed around the middle. Which suits me. I'd rather play good opponents and fight my way back to the wooden spoon. They're just toys it don't hurt me!

Before the Space Chaps and I landed on Planet OG last, we shot this. Looks a bit rough, collars up on those parkers boys!

Didn't think I was going to be able to make this as work had me doing something, but that's been cancelled so I will be bringing some fluffy orks!

Not sure if I have the models to extend the tide from 1k to 1500 so might have to try something silly.
