Sorry Matt, the banner is fine, it's tucked away in a box where my housemates can't stumble across it and vote me out.

I done lots today, having a bit of a break to sort out the back and have a think. So lets recap today..

Well I had these zombies to take off their bases, not to even think about painting yet, but so they are magnetised and can be plonked on some mini trays to be raised...



Once I had done so, I made my mortis engine



Not really, put it was tempting to pour glue on it... better than the peice of broken shi*te I have on my desk.... something done properly like that could be cool though!

I have this drying that I might start on later...

Heres the based zombies so far... with the silly pile behind.... I cant face putting more stuff on bases yet, might have to do a bit more painting first...



I might play around with lists tonight... start thinking of SCGT... I'm in a bit of a hermitty mood today so I might hide in my room for the eve... read through the book again, you know. Been on a bit of a down the last week or so, still got underlying hrum but feeling better, feeling quite lovely, really want to come visit my OG family but can't see it happening for a while, maybe a march wargh, or SCGT. Are any of you doing Hastings?

Need to start thinking about painting priorities now most things are based, I think everything I am doing before SCGT is SCGT comp, so I can really get to grips with one list... in theory.

CHARACTERS
mostly all just need bases painted/flocked
vamp lord - needs painting
wight queen -needs uncercoat and painted

GHOULS - bases need painting, 40 chosen, rest shelved

SKELLIES - all based, most at least undercoated and inked, need stones on bases. Low priority

ZOMBIES - sh*itloads based, still loads to do, most that are based have first coat of brown, needs highlighing and finishing. in various stages, want to get them all to basic colours then do in batches of 20 to make nice. Looking good though. want more unit fillers.

CORPSE CART - fully painted, just needs base sorting and gluing back on. Rebased.

TERRORGHEIST - dead. base awaiting delivery of she-who-is-yet-to-be-named.

VARGHEISTS - still in box, not big priority but would be nice to have assembled and - oooooooohhhh wait I see. Yes f*ck vargheists in the a**. Theres that box of horrors I need. Oh yeah. They can wait then, ah that solves that 

CRYPT HORRORS - broken. need doin quite soon but I need a break to keep myself sane. Need the Morr unit filler, but I'm getting hold of one of them at the weekend.

MORTIS ENGINE - prob will use, so need to assemlbe etc, but it angers me! Have 2.

BLACK KNIGHTS - currently in "eh?" mode. Don't want to take off bases yet... not sure how often will use... so might just stay as they are for now... got a few boxes of the new ones but not feeling it yet....

HEXWRAITHS - plan to scratch build, or use a selection of mounted women to make into ghosts. nom.

BATS - f*cked. Will do for now though, but they dont fit in their skirmish trays

I think maybe you should start listening to music on big ear phones, like the pro poker players do at big events...

I've cancelled my game, my mood is too foul. I might just sit and write some lists. I have a string of tournaments that are getting nearer and nearer and I feel like a raging noob, unpainted army and no grasp of rules!
