So it looks like they have decided what the final rulespack will be for this:
http://warhammer.org.uk/phpBB/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=80206

It's 2400 WFB, now 5 games (they have dropped the Watchtower mission thankfully!).

I'm keen to go along, who else is interested?

I've already bought my ticket for this.
Sometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drink I feel ashamed. Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery and all of their hopes and dreams. If I didn't drink this beer, they might be out of work and their dreams would be shattered. Then I say to myself, "It is better that I drink this beer and let their dreams come true than be selfish and worry about my liver."

Can't access the rulespack link...

That's odd, it's working fine for me.

The rulespack doesn't seem to have been updated yet anyway - it's now 5 games rather than 6. I'm hoping they actually post a finalised one soon.

I'm hoping to get a ticke as late as possible in protest the rediculously early start on thier sale combined with no refund

I've been holding back for similar reasons. I also object to buying tickets before a rulespack's been finalised, but it looks like they're close to getting their act together, hence why I thought I'd see who else is keen.

On the positive side, at least they're not making people bring terrain!

I think you will be fine to wait for tickets, the only thing to watch out for is the "Crucible of Souls" event currently scheduled for the same date, theres only about six players who have booked tickets, but a few more interested, when this is cancelled its very likely they will leap onto the Midlands Open.

I bough my ticket on the basis of last year (reasonable comp, 20>Nil, decent venue) & promice of fixed tabble terrain. Was not pleased with his original proposal, but it has now improved & should be a good weekend.

I certainly will not be purchasing tickets withouts packs in the future.

You sorted accommodation for this?

decided not to attend this one, not massively in the mood for a filth fest combined with id rather save my limited hobby kittie for a couple of tornys later in the year. hope everyone who goes has a good time naturally

Vampire lord with Frostblade - the sensible choice for a min-comp GT?

MoBA is boring after all....
