I'd definitely still like to do it... Maybe we could go for a proper re-launch when Warrington is done?

Yep good idea

Prefer to kick it off Pre-Warrington, but i can feel the peer presure being applied already  :))  :bash;m:  :))

Right Beast-Offists... Just looking at structured painting blogs on this forum, they tend to kinda die out within a couple of months as RL effects different people at different times (aside from The King of Blogs Mr CunningMatt of course!!!).

So, I think the beast off thread should just be a collection of our beastie projects as they develop rather than a structured "x points per month" kind of deal. That means people aren't pressurised into deadlines they can't achieve, and people can start/finish whenever they want. What does everyone think?

I'm going to start tinkering tonight and seeing what I need to pick up... Pics by the weekend I would hope - just probably not very exciting ones!!! :)

I think thats one way of doing it but then without a dealine, they tend to fade away as well..

But lets just see how it goes, once Warlord is out of the way, I will have done all my TK (albeit quickly) and will then concetrate on my Beasts..

So in the mean time I look forward to any WIP´s by the rest of the ´Beast Off´ gang...

Thinking the only deadlines we need are for the games we were talking about running...

Start small with a 500pts face off and build our way up as we go!

Sees like a good way to ensure we're all getting some bits painted!

fatolaf

Yep a structure like that could work, especially as we can still play with unpainted minis as we go along....

Well i know i want to paint all my beasts and repaint the current ones to a higher standard with more washes and highlights but i will try and post photos as well.
