How on earth are fitting another 8 tables in that place, I think in a few games I had the player behind me nearly sitting on my lap! also You have me down but I don't think you read my message correctly, I said I would like to come but can't because its to close to actual tournament!

Fitting more tables in. Well quite simply, I tried putting them in rows going down the hall. You can fit each row five long with a decent gap halfway down, and can fit four rows in with roughly four feet between each row, and five-six in the middle for a clear run down the centre.

You can also fit in two 'top tables' under the stage, or just one if you prefer.

You can also then fit 5-6 tables in the second room. That would of course require extra staffing, so would only be used if absolutely necessary. Basically 56 is almost absolute maximum capacity, which is primarily what I'm looking at for the London Marathon event that I'm planning so that it can qualify fir maximum rankings points...

As to having you down by mistake, sorry about that, I'll amend once I've got the girls in bed tonight. I'm currently out and on my iPhone whilst they take forever to finish eating...

I'm guessing that actual proximity to the SCGT is what is holding other people up. Which sucks for me as I was hoping for as much tournie practice as possible, especially as I had to pull out if the Waargh on Saturday at the last minute...

Anyway, locals should make numbers up to at least ten hopefully. I'll see who's arms I can twist... ;)

Well like for me I enjoyed the last one but I still have to find all the cash for the actual SGCT, If you do another one after the SCGT with a actual comp then I will be bang on it! no problem with the mistake, I thought I would let you know before you started to chase me for money

I'm certainly in the same boat as you, I want as much practice as I can get, I could go in GW but I dare say I could still win with a all common goblin army from the old O&G book :(

Good luck with it! just a shame I can't stretch the cash that far :(

I'm thinking of maybe 1500pts with maybe a 250pt unit and character limit, plus maybe no terror. Plus of course all the scenarios except battleline, then we can call it 'The Funhammer London Marathon'... ;)

Now if only I could persuade someone else to run it so that I can take part...

I like it just one thing, bigger armies, I like using lots of models!

There's a theoretical fourty nine spaces left at the moment, so yes, there's definately room. Just give me your name and paypal the money across and you'll have a place...
