about 6/7 years back i wrote a full fantasy version of Inquisitor with character stats, special rules, magic and fantasy weapons. It was even played in the Exeter GW for a while.

no idea where the rules i wrote are hiding these days!

If you dig them out fire me a copy mate. Always better to have two sets than one.

i think they're all tucked in a cupboard at my parents, i'll have a look next time i'm in exeter

Would be intrigued to have a look at that, the 40K version never appealed but a fantasy one would certainly...

Draig

Well I've looked over the rules and they are pretty solid. Been a looong time since I played Inquisitor, but if there's interest I'd be happy to GM some Fantasy games down at the club. If not no biggie, I've already go tthe RPG group on the hook for some playtesting!

I would be interested in having a bash - I've never played inquisitor though

Boo at Deathwing. Boo!

The easiest solution model wise would be to play it in 28mm I think, as even buying cheap models getting a 52mm crew together would be expensive, plus none of the scenery fits. Might be a good way to test out the rules as well. If its a good game I'd be more inclined to work on some 52mm stuff.

If I remember rightly, I wrote all my bumph for it with 28mm scale in mind

Inquisitor translated to 28mm relatively easily, so I can't see it being a huge issue. Would make life a lot easier too. I'll do some playtesting when I get a chance and let you guys know how it goes. Curious to see your rules now though mate!

I'll have a look for them next time I'm at my parents. If I remember rightly, I left the majority of the main rules alone, just wrote character stats and weapon/skills stuff
