Yep, first turn S11/12 I think.

So of the 3 games I know of, he got S11-12 on the lord's VC unit in the first turn, all of them IF and all of them insta death......

Crompton

I think its a shame that after such an enjoyable tournament for the majority of people this is whats being talked about. Its the way the actions of 1 man have affected the community as a whole. I think if it had happened to 1 or 2 of my mates they'd prob never come to a tournament again.

I'm going to Call to War in a few weeks time. It will be interesting to see if anything is brought up about dice at the event.
Sometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drink I feel ashamed. Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery and all of their hopes and dreams. If I didn't drink this beer, they might be out of work and their dreams would be shattered. Then I say to myself, "It is better that I drink this beer and let their dreams come true than be selfish and worry about my liver."

What a c%nt!!

How many times have I forked out a ton of cash to go to a tournament only to get my a4se handed to me. How many times have my Cannon's rolled '1' to wound or I have rolled a 6 for Steam Points, and this f*&ker rocks up with custom dice.

I remember hearing bout this guy when I was at SCGT. "Gateway King"... "Gateway Loser" more like!!

2011 Record

I played him at Maelstorms Summer Incursion last year and my Seers + BSB unit was gateway'd off first/second turn. I guess if one of the dice will roll a 6 its only a 1/3 chance of getting the take a unit off part.

It really is a shame, I've known Tom for a long time and hes one of the nicest people you'll ever meet, even at first if he seems like a northern monkey. He is cynical through his job by default but I guess when you deal with these kinds of people all the time you begin to spot patterns in what they do to hide it.

Totally agree and Would he really lie to win a game of WFB nearing in mind his job and reputation.?

The amount of PM's I am getting is phenomenal, at least it is out there now, which is good IMO...

Thats the biggest problem with the UK scene, people are afraid of exposing things like this. The person who was kicked out of the UKGT for loaded dice a couple of years ago still plays today and I'd bet that not alot know who he is.

We run at gun lines and deathstars even when we know we will lose, and we let cheats get away with it... :endit:

I heard who that was recently, seeing as he's mainly a mid tabler (assuming it's the same person) it seems lesson learned.

I played Tom at Warrington last year, have to agree, he does indeed come across as a northern monkey!  I had a thoroughly nice game getting stomped by him though.
