I was thinking of a bit of a wager if anyone wants to take me up on it. If my giant dies in a game, I'll by the other person a drink. If the giant survives, they buy me a drink. So basically 6 free pints potentially on offer to the person who takes me up on my wager! I'm only willing to do this bet with one person so first come first served!

How ironic, Rowlands Castle is where my aunt lived until last year. So if I had gone to last year's SCGT I could have combined it with visting my aunt, left the wife and kids with them all weekend and then saved on a hotel.


Of course it would have involved a lot less drinking and 'gaming fun'. But at least I know of a pretty decent resteraunt in Rowlands Castle....


Anyway, I'll explore the public transport options. I just need to line up someone to look after the girls so that I can naff off earlier than 8pm on the Friday...

Could I make a request that whom ever goes in Leggy's car is in charge of taking the terrain.
I have counted 8 of us so far going which means we have to take 32 items of scenery (fecking hate that requirement) and I would rather have then safely stored in a box in a car than in a suitcase on a train..

Do I have a volunteer, and is there room in the car Chris?

I'd forgotten about the four terrain pieces requirement. Hmm, looks like I'll be bringing an old GW hill, a BFiaB pond, and two BFiaB forests then... I was hoping to bring a house or watchtower, but they'll take up too much luggage space.

Actually, I can bring some fences instead of something couldn't I? Although that would work against me as a fence is one of the best defences a flying monster has against my cannons...


And as an aside, that requirement is obviously there as otherwise Dan & Co. would have to provide 1280 pieces of terrain, pretty much impossible for three or four guys, or even a large club to manage...

Shields/Muso & MoS on my fast Cav

Nearly went with another lvl 1 with Fire and a Scroll but just could not lose the piints in a way with which I was happy..My aim is for 3 wins so lets see what happens...
