with regards the surprise encounter, can we pick each turn if we want to bring in reinforcements, or do we have to decide each unit at the beginning of the game (after setup) ?

When you walk in the pub just come up the stairs, we'll be in the only room up there.

As for an OG store, check with Ol, but if you give him a list ASAP im sure he can bring them along for a cash payment.

Ol, how do BSBs work? One per force or per army, and 'radiates' his influence over units from both forces?
Or am I asking something obvious?

As per the allies rules in the Brb buddy, only a trusted force of the same race can use one BsB, so it's one bsb per force in this tournie as same race is not allowed...
