your not on the draw, but they are a player short and the 'spare player' who i'd assume you would replace is playing jon pegg

Undead Dan

Not very confident after 2 practice games:
1) vs Wood Elves, going okay, I even managed to break both Treemen (Not sure if Ancient + regular is allowed but my mate isn't going anyway), but then a failed panic test followed by failed rallying, followed by 6-6 for flee after another enemy charge sent my Gobbo general/BSB off board in blood and glory. Nice.
2) vs Nurgle Daemons. 6 Bloodletters charge the same block. With 3 total attacks on my general/BSB, each takes a killing blow to the face Bloodletters win combat, and the 4 dudes end up having killed 52 models in one charge. NICE!!!

will be there with the twitter @dafruk1

Expect to hear exploits of daring bretonninan charges in game 1 smashing their way through a poorly thought out WE list!  I have a cunning plan though, it involves vast amounts of luck, and that's all I'll divulge at this stage.

Good luck boys, really wish I could be there for shot hammer part 2...

I shall be watching twitter...

At night he prances about like some sort of bearded West Country metalhead pixie, planting pink horrors in peoples' army cases and cackling while chanting his mantra, 'it's double sixes my love, take them off, just take them all off'

Well, turns out it was a rather fun event.  I played on the poor side of normal and had a rather frustrating couple of games where I felt I couldn't buy a break but still really enjoyed the army.  Ended with a 1-5 record with my only win vs ogres but I never played any 'filth' the whole weekend

Brets - 500pts loss
Beasts - 500 pts loss
Ogres - 2000pts win (got the tower)
VC - max loss, but scored 500 vps at least, should have had way more if I'd not been a chump in my 2nd turn and then some very bad luck late on.
Beasts - Lost break point on the last spell of the game to make it a massive loss but was unlucky early to lose both units of waywatchers when a chariot chopped up an eagle in a single turn and then rolled an above average charge to hit the waywatchers killing both units (chariot only had 1 wound and I spooned all my attacks too).
Dwarfs - most fun game of the weekend vs chris appleford who I'd played on the friday night.  terrain killed 350 pts worth of our armies and we smashed each other to bits, but I left 4 units on <1/4 strength to not take many points.

As an amusing aside Chris played 5 of his 6 games against my club, but seems he enjoyed them all, so that's a good advert at least.

Looking forward to reworking the woodies and running them out again.

Well done to all involved, some good work by oggers, where were Dan and James overall?
Ogres 15-11-18
