I'm attending this one.

Just trying to work out a list that you can upscale from 1500 to 2k is a bit tricky!

Not going this year, their comp combined with 8th ed is too much for me...

Shame, love the venue

I'm in saving for Holiday mode now so i wont be able to make this either im afraid...
In the style of Tom Hale... F*ck Ushabti!!!

In two minds about attending now.

I'll give it a week or so to think it over, but uncomp'd 8th ed is like playing uncomp'd 7th ed, and without access to the units I would want to take, I'm not sure if its worth the hassle - especially when you use the win - lose - draw system and scenarios from the book - I just don't think it works in a tourney.

Having played 3 8th Ed tournies now, I can say the scenarios are fine for 8th Ed, actually stops the same lists from dominating as you have to be good at various things now..

I find it funny Grant that you are worried as a Doc player, you will be fine at this, there is no weakness to your army in 8th, even shooting you has got harder...
