Can't say I'm surprised with the result at the top.

The team that comes first has two of the highest ranked players in the UK in it using 2 of the hardest 8th ed armies.... :1st:

Well done for Team Ginger! TK and VC is an interesting combo.

Too be honest, their list was by no way the hardest out there, I think the 2 things that are 2 strong in this format (ie no lords or doubles) is the HellPit (too strong in any format IMO) and Doom Rocket, I know from the last few tournies that HP's are getting seriuously looked at.

Apart from the next Waargh that is GT practise, the Hellpit is on my small 8th Ed banned list, it is just too strong!

A mistake with the 2nd game draw gave Jack and Leggy slightly easier opponents than they should have had, but their 1st game was hard fought (against Matt and Annie) and their last game against Andy & Ed (with a hard list) was a massacre in the end but looked v hard on paper..

I had a great time as always, i like doubles and find it hard to take too seriously. Thanks to all of Irresistible Farces opponents especially Tom And James with their comedy dice rolls and Team Flail for a great game, see you next time and thanks to Ol for organising (despite the jam donut based bribe not working)

The Trampoline

Edd and I had awesome time, even though we got smashed in our last game. Cheers Ol for a really enjoyable day.

...Especially Tom And James with their comedy dice rolls...

Hehe, No worries guys. Glad I could provide entertainment. Stupid Fiend.... I'd personally like to thank Tom for providing me with two of the dumbest Cold one Chariots in the history of all time.  :endit: I think out of ~18 game turns in 3 games, I actually had control of both of them for about 5-6 turns....

Leadership 9 fails 1/6 of the time my ass... more like 5/6    :))

There is no problem in life that can't be solved with Heroic Killing Blow:
Plague Furnace, Abomination, Hydra, Wyvern, Arachnarok, Engine of the Gods, Zombie Dragon, Vargulf, Hellcannon. To be continued...

If we assume that there are infinite universes, then in at least one of them, I'm banging Emma Watson. Awesome!
