It's a level 4 , ITP, 5+ Ward, S6, T5, W5 armed with a sword that does D3 wounds..

Shoot it dead, simples, 500 points in the bag...

i played neil at tempest rising last year when he had a vermin lord: plays very conservatively with it (hid for 2 turns against me) so i doubt he will put it in vunerable position unless terrain screw him
