looking forward to having less models to do in one month, I'm only 400 points in and the prospect of an infatry heavy army is quite daunting!

Yeah I'm definitely glad I did the high points High Elves, now. I think I might paint a lord on dragon next - that would be 3 and a half months worth of painting on one model! Brill.

Here's my delayed update for Month 3

Firstly, there's another 15 pikemen for the leopard company unit:



and here's the needed character, a Level 2 wizard of Death, using the old Albion Dark Emissary Model:


I've also painted an extra four Leopard Company pikemen, who aren't part of my army for the Tale.

So after tonight's games, I've realised I don't really know how to play empire yet, more practice required! Also, sitting back and shooting a gunline is as tactically unchallenging as I first thought!

To fix this I need more pikemen! There will be another unit of 50 on the way at som point!

not really, I just seem to sit at a funny angle instead, not too bad though
