As a fluff list its fine mate... but in terms of competitiveness its a bit bum!

Theres far too much on characters and, as Tom says, you dont have enough blocks. Im guessing by the numbers of the units that its based on the DoW models that you have, so i wont be too harsh on the critique (unless you want me to!).

I'd drop a level 2 though definately, and make the Lord a level 4 in any case.

I think an all infantry Empire Army can be awesome... erm, just not this one!

It should be fun though, which is the most important thing!

Agreed, fun is definately the aim! (That and getting a fully painted army!)

What sorta stuff do you reccomend for all-infantry empire then steve? (That isn't a tank!)
