This was a great send off to 7th & an excellent venue for the future. It was very strange to put away the models after my last game thinking this was my last ever game of 7th.

I was pleasantly suprised that there was a real enthusiasm for 8th ed from nearly all players with even players who had a downer on it now signed up for a few events to give it a go, even Craig (OK BG) told me he will have a break for a couple of months before getting back into it.

All in all I found only one player who was completely against 8th on the basis of one game, but after he lost his VC Lord three times to a single event in 7th admitted that he might as well give it a go.

Good to see the scene is as strong as ever.
