So who else from the OG Massive is coming to this & what are you taking.

Me & Matt are taking Wood Elves & Empire respectively, I love that nobody trusts the Wood Elves, fits their background perfectly.

As a last minute entry to the Fantasy Matt & myself just nocked up our lists seperately & turned up on the day.

I had 3 units glade guard, two units dryads, & an eagle, a fighty Alterkindred & a naked Noble with the HODA.
Matt however had two lvl 1 & an engineer, two big blocks of shooters, 16 handgunners, 20 xbows, plus 2 cannon, 2 mortar & a hellblaster, played in cloud formation with the engineer in the centre.

The team was then identified as team "Goonline"

Game 1 was against Dwarf gun line & a dark Elf horde army with cauldron, 40 spearmen & 30 witch elves. plus 7 shades
Result we got first turn destroyed their guns & then decimated the rest of the army, leaving only the cauldron, our only real casualty was my general who was killed by the haunted mansion.

Game 2 was against High Elves & Lizardmen, High Elves had an RBT, lvl 2, 30 white lions, 25 spearmen, Lizards had skink priest, Oldblood on foot, 25 saurus warriors, 2 x skink skirmisher plus chameleon skinks.
Result, shot of the table, with every model dead by the end of the game, the white lions got 2 models into combat.

Game 3 was against High Elves & Lizardmen, High Elves had an RBT, lvl 2, 15 white lions, 20 spearmen, chariot, eagle. Lizards had skink priest, bsb on foot, 25 saurus warriors, 1 x skink skirmisher 3 terradons, 1 salamander & a stegadon.
Result, shot of the table, not as many casulaties as they did get rid of our warmachines, but still a 100 point diff in our favour.

Result of a win for team goonline & an example of why comp is needed to restrict shooting in 8th.

I saw that DE and Dwarf alliance. Thought it was distinctly iffy, as was the pranny who kept playing the Star Wars music whilst deploying his army.

It was an army doomed to failure, but the two lads where extremly funny & it was a good laugh.
