Nice review! Although it is necessary to stress the point that I feel that the multiplayer is what makes this game. Of course it is fun to take on a small Waaagh from time to time but going head to head in a marine deathmatch has the feel of most of the weapons, and the marines themselves, nailed down. We should perhaps get an OG team up and running?

Played the demo on the 360 and I have mixed feelings..

Graphics, sounds effect etc are awesome

Sniping is also awesome

Close combat however is hindered by the camera, very easy to get lost..

AI of your squad is ropey at best..

Jetpack levels are amazing fun..

Cant wait to play full version though

Top tip for 360 owners, download the demo of 'orcs must die' amazing fun..

Full version only 1200pts, well worth it, insane game...

Just thought I would add here is that they have now added a new multiplayer mode which I think is fantastic fun.

You and three friends face 20 waves of ever increasing toughness orks. Obviously not a novel concept but combined with how the game looks and feels I think it works really well especially as the waves get more and more difficult and it gets tense. Jumping around as an assault marine and smashing big groups and bailing fast when sh*t get real genuinely feels fantastic and epic - like a proper space marine.

Definitely worth a try if you have three mates with the game - it feels like how the game was meant to be played as I found the single player a little repetitive but the Orks work great in this mode.
