Six tables is great, but I still think that an industrial unit is the way to go, preferably somewhere on the A406...

In London, it would be commercial suicide IMO, unless you had massive online sales.
Your footfall is key with your increased overheads, you need day to day sales to keep these places open, not just tournie tickets and online sales.

And with the tournie scene massively congested at the moment, I dont see that as viable, especially with the massive northern bias towards them.

I for one will stick with getting a store with decent footfall, and enough table room to run small wknd one dayers,and do plenty of demo games....
