Having got myself a copy of this, I can say the lodeg throws up some very interesting cards, there is a lot of sacrifice, but I think you need to choose an army of cheap grunts to go with them, if you go down the sacrifice route. There are other deck building tactics..

Also included are a couple of cards for the other factions, this being my absolute favourite...
