Hey I watched it!

Some interesting costumes... I used to do the convention thing in my teens, used to really enjoy it, now it makes me cringe a little bit  Has the many costume thing taken off in the last few years? I remember noting when I used to go that there were hardly as many people dressed up as conventions in the USA.

I saw some cosplayers at the station a few weeks ago, and I thought "No, you're not my people."

The number of cosplayers has gone up dramatically at the London Comic Con the last couple of years. They're were hardly any when I first went in 2005, now a quarter or a third of the attendees are cosplayers, or dress up at least.

I spoke to a few at this one and there's loads of pure cosplya events in the UK now up and down the country.

Looks like they have a lot of fun, if I had the balls (and a costume) I would go.
