Right!

Some of you may be pleased... some of you may be sourly disappointed... but I have been on a mad painting day today...and I didn't paint anything rude at all!

I've still got the crazy heart palpitations of "more!!! I want to paint more!!" But alas I can't, as I be waiting for the sand to dry, and will probably go back to making some more bags after this post.

But look!

Those crazy zombies that nobody cared about before are complete! Well mostly.. they need some touching up and some dullcoat but then... hoorah. I took a picture so someone would believe me




As you can see, theres allsorts going on there!

Also, these ghouls I have had since Christmas, I think I filed them all ready once but then I had no glue or bases or something so I put them away again... which meant today was a simple case of splodge splodge splodge! It's very exciting, some unit fillers, some ghasts... the rest they are ghouls from all over the place, this lot is like one of each of reapers ranges methinks!



I don't know whats coming next, those blood knights look way too hard to paint... maybe I'll do some ghouls and by then I'll have money for the scenery that I wish to build, mostly, Garden of Morrrrrrrrrr. And then some OG style hills.

Got paid today....

Garden of Morr - to split for terrain
Watchtower - to kitbash with the morr to make a gothy tower, and going to pile zombies up and around it like theyre trying to break in
Mantic 3 UP Undead rat - no idea what to do with this, don't know how big it is, probably a skeleton unit filler though
Black tree design 3 wraiths and 6 ghouls
Hasslefree Boob lady on undead troll (abyssal terror should I ever get the crazy desire to field one)

Also bought  LOTS AND LOTS of warmaster undead, which I'll delve into when I feel like it

so lots to be doing!

It was with some trepidation that I opened this thread again, pleasingly I didn't see pictures of banners featuring small children being molested or a badger being buggered.

Good stuff, liking the unit fillers and looking forward to seeing what you do with the terrain kits.

Just a quick update

currently my painting board looks like this


It's a board as it fits nicely on the sofa arm and I can mix paint on it.

These new ghouls look lush, when new book comes out and stops the million ghoul armies I might sell a few of my mantic ones... loving the all metal ghoul-ness. All varied unusual models. You can just about see Buster [Bloodvessel] he's looking ace,big gnarlyghoul. You can also see a bit of the black tree wraiths looking a bit nice too.

Not a very exciting update but stuff is happening, will retake a big picture of all my ghouls when these are done :-)

Off to do some black knights now.

Procrastination time!

I bought a graphics tablet and been practising digital drawing, things like this

Wow, really like the one in blue, great recreating of the human form.  The slightly more charicatured first one is less  my tastes but clearly you've taken to the tablet quickly!

Ghouls are cool too, from that far off picture.  Lets see 'em properly too.
