I'm terribly slow at painting, I only have my Orks at table top standard (3 colours!) and that was down to people helping me out the night before a 2 day tournament! Nearly all my other models are half finished or just base coated.

So I decided to try and build a list for Planet OG around models I haven't got around to painting, and that I already had (without getting mauled every game). This worked to a certain extent, as I only need a few models to fill in the void.

This is everything par 8 jetbikes;

All the warwalkers will have Scatter Lasers; the two on the left are magnetized for easy switching, the two on the right still need to go under the knife.

Each jetbike will have a different pattern and will try and get some Iyanden symbols on there too.
Unfortunately GW don't provide a shuriken cannon upgrade for the Jetbikes in the box (great value for money!). However you can trim a shuriken cannon down from a wave serpent sprue and stick it underneath, easiest conversion ever!

Photos are pretty naff, but at this stage there's nothing fancy to show.

I was going to try and have some sewage coming out of the pipe but never done anything like that before, any suggestions?

Looking good, so many people going for yellow, a colour I always find tricky to highlight / wash. The stripe across the nose looks good, really sharp line. For the sewage I would suggest Vallejo water medium, if you add a tiny dash of ink (not too much) it will colour it, maybe the odd green stuff turd if you wanted to go that far  :toilet:, although not sure what the 40k chod bins were like, probablt recycled. Green radioactive goo might be more effective looking.

I was thinking more along the lines of green radioactive goo, but green stuff turds has got my mind thinking!

I love yellow purely for the contrast you can create. I'm hoping that as Eldar are nice, crisp and clean I won't have to do anything really technical in order to get a good result. I'll have a look at Vallejo Water.

Just make sure you're very even with your white undercoat, you can see at the back of the biker on the seat where the undercoat hasn't fully covered and it.

I've had an eldar army sat in a box for a couple of years now that I should really get round to painting but as usual far too many projects that I want to do now!  Still not gotten round to painting the 3 remaining models from my malifaux crew and it's only 5 models required in total!

Eldar always look great when done simply.

good to see another 'yellow maniac'  :))!  It's a nice bright, clean yellow you're doing, which works well for the Eldar.

I'm starting to think that a black undercoat for yellow may not be the best plan!
