Not so much a painting log as I've nearly finished them now..

2 Ogre Ninjas..

I may do another one so they can be fielded as Yettees.

Ogre Leadbelcher Teppu..

Ogre Warrior Monk Ironguts..

Ogre Warrior Monk Bulls..

I've got another unit like this thats currently only undercoated.

2 Ogre Samurai..

these guys can be Bruisers or Maneaters.

Ogre Geisha and Bruiser/Tyrant..

I might do a Warrior Monk with a huge club as my Tyrant , not sure yet.

Giant as a Japanese Blue Oni..

I forgot to photograph the Gnoblars , I guess thats what comes of being 'largely insignificant'!

I couldn't work out how to load the pictures directly so used the hyperlink thing...

Hope you like them ,
cheers,
Dave

Really fantastic stuff matey .  :1st:

Its this kind of imagination and effort that inspires the lazy shortcut kinda peeps like myself to actually pull our fingers out and try something a little different .

Top marks !

At night he prances about like some sort of bearded West Country metalhead pixie, planting pink horrors in peoples' army cases and cackling while chanting his mantra, 'it's double sixes my love, take them off, just take them all off'

Cheers for sorting that out , a  'how to' would be good :-)
Strange colours though , they didn't look like that when I posted them on 'Photobucket' last night , weird..

Wow, nice Ogres, how did you do the hats on the LeadBelchers?

That's really inspired! And no radical green stuffing required on the basic troops to get them to fit either, very clever. Obviously the extensive use of greenstuff elsewhere is really good! Tthough idea of an Ogre Geisha (whilst conceptually brilliant) is a little off putting ;)

Fantastic stuff! More please

Cheers for the support chaps. This is my first attempt at a converted/green stuffed army , pretty pleased with it so far.
The Leadbelcher hats are made from bits of card - cut a circle , snip out a small triangle ,overlap and stick together. Then I smoothed the joint out with a bit of Green Stuff.
As mentioned , they only needed some subtle changes to fit the theme in a lot of cases. As soon as I saw the Ogre models I thought 'Warrior Monks'!
