QuoteHello all
Just some early warning for you all that the Pompey Pirates are running the Pompey Pillage again this year.
Since Al "Warhammer Legend" Thomson is abroad enjoying some warmer weather, the reins have fallen to me to organise the fantasy section of the tournament.
There will be the usual 40k and WAB events happening as well.
The tournament will be on the 24th and 25th August and will be held at the usual SCGT/Pillage venue:
Horndean Technology College, Barton Cross, Horndean, PO8 9PQ
The venue will be open for games on the Friday evening.
The rules pack is currently being finalised and is likely to be 5 games of 2400pts with SCGT comp.
Any questions? Feel free to contact me at daniel.b.thomas@port.ac.uk or @Dr_DanT on twitter.
I hope to see many of you there.
Cheers
Dan
Both systems will be supported so we could get a good gang of Oggers who dont normally go to the same events..
So who is up for WFB?
Entrants:
Rob
Ben H
Loz
Gareth
Glenn
Tom C
Stevie + Boys
Pip
Amit
Sam
I should be there :-)
I should be there, have never gone to a Pillage, looks like good fun.
If I can get a ticket.
I may make my Non-Waargh Tournament debut. If so happy to drive if people want to car share.
There is a possibility that I could attend. I'm having words with my boys to see if they are up for it.
Count me in for this Ol!
Count me in for this as last year it was excellent!

I should be back from the Far East on the 18th of August, I think. I missed this last year so I'd be keen to go.
In Ol
Week before Clash of Swords I think and I can't really afford to do 2 in a row anymore :( Sad times...

Looks like the WFB ticket should be available end of this week chaps!
Tickets have been made available but there is no Paypal available which means we need the names of anyone who wants a place asap and payment alongside it.
Just a heads up gents me, Ol, JD and Sam have already booked rooms at the Premier Inn in Horndean for this...
Might be worth getting in now before they all get booked up as is usually the case!!
gents,
We need to get a list of participant over to the TO asap... other than Sam and Sami i've not heard from anyone can you please advise whether you're still looking for a ticket before they all sell out!

Can't open twf at work, I sent Dan an email and he came back to me with the times so I'm sorted for that.
I going to this now, Ben Gibson from WAR is going as well. My second two day tournament of the year.
As per my post on the 40K side of this thread - if anyone hasn't booked a train yet and needs a lift, I'm driving down Friday day time from sunny south east London (Orpington/St Mary Cray) and have space.
Damn - posted in the thread for the wrong game! Well, same difference.
Is there a plan for the Saturday night?
I'm going now too :)
So who is going to this for our club?
Who needs scenery and how much ?
Ol, Could I borrow a fence and a building?
They don't even have to be reasonable bits of scenery
Bringing any scenery now hinges on Sami getting a game of WFB tomorrow, otherwise he won't be coming and we don't have a car to take all the scenery down, unless some one else can offer..
There is no way I can take 4 tables worth of 40k scenery and WFB scenery on the train...
Hi guys,
I'm driving down (both days) and will have an empty car, unless anyone wants a lift. Don't suppose I can be of help?
Think we are okay with Sami and scenery buddy, but good to see you again..
If you want to stay on Sat night instead of driving back, Steven is looking for a room mate for that night...
Hey all, I'm having printer issues - if anyone would be able to run off a few copies of my army list for me and bring them to Pillage I'll buy you a pint*.
*Not of spirits obviously, that's my pint.
Email it over - amithindocha2002@hotmail.com
I'll bring a few along for you
