Coming soon, my first plog. I am going to try and convert and paint an ork team for BB. I am also going to be trying the Vallejo paints, I just hope I don't make a complete arse of it!

So whilst I wait for my plastic crack to arrive so I can make a start with the models they are going to be loosely based on the classic Orient strip, like this


I am only posting this as they will plainly look nothing like it!

I think Mr Mosely was more black shirts, the white shirt would almost certainly have broken that rule.

Some 40k orcs make lovely fantasy chieftains etc. (another one painted soon for my Khorne Orcs)

So a brief update, I have just about finished the Brooze Crew (black orc blockers), I am loving the Vallejo, I still use the GW foundations at the moment for some things, might change that soon also!

In my defence I did nto and have not read it. The wife bought it home for me as she was worried about me spilling paint, I do not 'take' a paper as they are lies or opinions, I find very little news in any of them!

Good seeing more of these, that first WIP had my interest hooked!

They are looking nice and I like the little conversions you have added to make face cages for the helmets etc.

Not sure I would have put the jerseys over the armour like that (despite it being realistic), but I guess it's essential for the Orient colour scheme.

Keep up the good work, it's certainly nice seeing more Blood Bowl about.

So am I, I have been slightly distracted by the ogres again (wish I had your ability to see a project through) the orkyrunt will be picked up again soon but I need to work on a few ogre units for the upcoming tourneys!

I am taking the photos, but I am slightly worried it will look bobbins, so I will put them up as soon as I am sure they won't make me look like a completely cack handed turd (or when I am really stuck and need some help!

Starting work on the blitzers, my thinking for them (to identify them from linemen) is to put them in 3 or 4 point stance as this was what my old defensive coach said was the best position to start a blitz from as you could come under the opponents tackle (there again the dirty git also said that if we were playing against a team with a decent QB we should try and stand up suddenly when we hit someone to try and knock their helmet off, the dirty git)

Missing shoulder of jersey
Excess GS at side of helmet bars
Rough hole drilled in hand

there will no doubt be more, my old eyes ain't what they used to be!
