Perfect 40k army to start IMO. lets you learn the game and mistakes aren't as obviously punished as with some other armies....

If you're thinking marines of the Vanilla kind i'd be more than happy to lend you a few of my smurfs while you decide whether they're the Neo-humans for you Matt..  :wink;m::

You will nedd to provide your own  F1 themed movement trays again though mate  :))

Many thanks, that's very kind. I think I'm going to choose an army based on the models I like rather than how they play (if Warhammer's anything to go by I will lose regardless, so it doesn't seem worth factoring in).

Do I need movement trays? Am I missing something?!  #-)

To be fair you had a tricky first game, I don't even know what noise a necron would make.

I'm imagining the noise of the robots from War of the Worlds now (Jeff Wayne's, not the dire americanised film)

I'm sorry, this is a really inane conversation, I kind of wish I hadn't started it!

maelzch

Yeah jack, how dare you start inane babble in this always on topic hobby blog!
