Finished of the bases for my first US Infantry squad today (there is a little bit of wet PVA on the bases in the pics, wanted to get the shots before the sun went in) as well as making a start on my M24 Chaffee light tank. Pretty happy so far with them all.

The infantry was painted and quickshaded, although it's not obvious, there is about 8 or 9 colours on a model and it took ages to get them neat, true scale 28mm is a lot different to my fantasy ogres. Also rank and division patches were a nightmare to put on the arms, I think after a bit of practice, I'll hopefully improve.

The tank is ready for some quickshade too, then I'll weather him a little more and matt him down, then he will be done too :D

Looking nice - I'll be interested to see how they look when they are all ready for action.

The tank is finished (I may add some quickshade to the tracks to make the mud look wet, but that never seems to show that well in photos that well anyway). So here is the (99%) finished article.

I also magnetised the turret so I can "aim" at my targets and generally pretend to be a tank :)
