I know, I know, I nearly fell off my chair- but look- a bit on the GW website about FFG releasing loads of GW licenced stuff (scroll down to bottom of page).  Maybe this signals a new dawn of open co-operation?

Are FFG or ForgeWorld independant companies or partially/ wholly owned subsidiaries?
Ogres 15-11-18
Dwarves 11-1-5

FFG is independant and has a contract with GW to make games based on the IP.

Whic has worked out great for both parties, GW get money off old IP that they can't finance (or take the risk on themselves) and FFG get some of the best boardgames to re-make and access to the GW mythos for the RPG and LCG, win win
